Please do not triple post, it's equal to spam and bothers lots of people.
Look around, if this is one of your first projects, then you should start easier, start with something like moving an object around the screen and avoiding a certain color, and movement is with the arrow keys, that should give you an idea. And when you start your car game, look for Spine, I made a car engine a while back with drifting, grass, and a poorly made CPU car xD You can use it as a base, and add car selection and such. If you have trouble later on, please describe what your having problems with, and we'll help.
