Glitch
When I tried editting the project notes in a project it came up with

What Internet Explorer are you using and what PC do you have (Windows 2000, XP Professional or Vista?). If you have an older PC and an ancient Internet Explorer (Internet Explorer 5, 6) this will probably happen more often. Even though you said it isn't happening to you anymore, I'm asking you so that the Scratch Team will know, remove the bug, and it will never happen again.
