WHOAH WHOAH WHOAH. how do you post topics on the forums?
Hey clarent, it seems you created your own forum topic in the past. Anyway (in case you might have forgotten), to create a new topic, just go into the forum section you want to post your thread in and click on the link that says 'Post new topic' (located at the top and bottom of the forums on the right hand side). You cannot post topics in all forum sections, however: 'Announcements', ''FAQ', and 'Educators' are closed off.

If this hasn't been mentioned already I kinda found an error on the logo page xD
Rules...
4. The dimensions of the logo should not be changed. They should 198 x 60px
Surely it should be this?

Right or wrong?

I notice that people often forget to read the rules. Just a reminder...
andresmh's four rules (with my added notes, of course)
1. It has to have the word Scratch. Of course, you can modify the word 'Scratch', but we mean like drawing something on top of the 'S', or changing the letter 'T' to a Christmas Tree; well, you get the point.
2. You can work in a team or individually. Make sure that you share the credit equally.
3. You have [to] download the following logo and make modifications to it, then submit the image by posting a link to it. This is so you can get the right size easier and that you have the Scratch Logo to start with.
4 .The dimensions of the logo should not be changed. They should [be] 198 x 60 in size (pixels). It helps if you draw a box the right size, and then work in there (it'll keep you from getting too big or small).
Don't forget!

Nice Scratch logo for Halloween, it looks great! I like the part where it says 'imagine program scream'.

markyparky56 that file is so you can get the scratch font. Better of just copying the scratch logo and editing it but if you want the scratch font go extract the file and copy it to: My Computer , Local Disk (usally C: drive) , WINDOWS , Fonts and drop it in there and it should install automatically

yk99 you can get the sounds by going to the sounds tab in scratch right click on the sound you want and select export. Then save it to a location you want, open your project and then import the sound file.

I'm horrible with Photoshop, so how about I give an idea, and someone else creates it for me, then we can both have credit:
For Halloween:
Make the word "Scratch" red, have the Scratch Cat next to it with an evil grin, and change "imagine • program • share" to "imagine • program • SCARE!"
For the release of Ubuntu 7.10:
Make "Scratch" brown, and, well, maybe you can come up with something.
Scratch's birthday (release date):
Put the Scratch Cat next to the logo with a cake in his/her hands.
