When I use Scratch with my students there are sometimes problems when they try to import a costume (characters and/or backgrounds). On some occasions certain costumes will not import. However this only seems to affect some computers while others are fine.
Frustrating and confusing for both me and them. Any ideas on what might be causing this?

Could you give us more information such as version of Scratch you're using, operating system, what kind of costumes are you trying to import? jpeg? png? gif? Could you post them somewhere for us to see? What's the exact error you get? Could you post a screenshot? Thanks!

I am also having this problem. We are running Mac OS 10.5.7
It seems to happen with one of the male sprites mostly.
I have just started teaching Scratch though and have seen this happen 4-5 times already.
