Hey, cool demos. I'd be happy to help with a few rides, visitors, etc.
Here's my answers:
1. You lie down on the fast cart instead of the normal sitting up position.
2. Quite a few. RollerCoaster Tycoon 1 & 3 and Theme Park to name some.
3. You're not on an actual rollercoaster, you are in a normal seat that moves and turns etc. You either look at a big screen or have special "viewing goggles" to see.
4. Yes. Anything you need, i will try my best at doing like always.
