How can I run Scratch game onto my computer when it doesnt let me?

I tried to run a game made in Scratch that I downloaded from your website but when get onto my Window Millenium computer I didn't know how to run it in Scratch because of the .sb format. So how do I run it or what program do I need to run it excluding Scratch because I know how to run games from my computer but not the other drives. Please help me please.

Save the .sb file first (to your desktop or other folder). Then open up the Scratch software. Click the open button in Scratch, then select the .sb file that you just saved.
