Hey guys, don't mind me for using tcb's post title. It sounds so nice. Anyways, tcb, you have got a rival. I'm making an os to, if you don't mind, and someone could judge it. If this idea is bad, we don't have to do it. I just want to inform you. Yeah, so... scratch on!
Here's tcb's post: http://scratch.mit.edu/forums/viewtopic.php?id=20136
Details:
http://www.xenotype.webs.com/ - the site

•Password system
•Arrange desktop to your choice
•Tested by many people
•100% Customizable with basically anything

I'm still checking on every time i see it.
Things that tcb has or will try:
try posting about what new stuff you've added in this beta, and what will be added in the next. ask people what they would like. allow people to make web pages, adverts. allow your OS to have videos, then let people make some.
Things that lots of people have done:
Try starting to make e++,e,e# and then make a new forum post about it, or making a new forum post for every release. try finding those "make an advert for______" projects and get in there first. To do that, make friends with them. then their projects will appear in friends latest, and if they happen to have one of them, you'll know.

P.S.: All the Es will be called EPack from now on.
________Taking tcb's advice(thanks tcb!):
1. Make a webpage for my os!:
Post the site name and content:
EXP:
sxt://www.fg123.com/
Content:
Hi guys...and scratchers...
...
2. Make a video for my os(if i include the-whiz's video player.)
Make a project with any animation and I will try to add it in my os. Post the link!

There's just more and more competition...
I'm tempted to make my own programming language. I have two tests. (One has variables, another can grab values) I might make my own. I'm not a full-fledged programmer, but I guess I can do some stuff.
Good luck!
