If you look around the forums i'm sure you'll find lots of help on specific subjects 
Also if you want to know misc. things you can try the support page located here 

Some scratchers have also pieced together some tutorial projects for new scratchers that should be around here on the forums

Sure :3 I'm Robotkitty, I'm a pretty popular person on the forums. Most of my time on scratch is spent here. So referring to your name, Do you like Science? Science is a fun subject! Which part do you like best: Life, Earth or Physical?

Thats cool, I simply love Life science. I accually am taking a excelled Life science class in school. Physical science is fun, Using all the Matter and Energy (Probably what your referring to). I'm like a expert on Electricity and Energy.

Great username!  If you are having trouble uploading projects, it might be because your computer is using a proxy server to connect to the Internet.  Sometimes that can interfere with the upload process.  This is more often a problem with public computers like at school or libraries.  Are you getting an error message of some kind?

If you want people to view your projects, I recommend posting them in the "Show and Tell" section in the forums. 

I was new at Scratch... about a year ago (as you can see by my registration date). But then for some reason or the other, I left seven months ago. I guess I was busy with other things, but now I have decided to come back on here and crank up the old Scratch machine on my computer. I'm glad to be back, because I guess I've missed a lot.
