My suggestion: Make your banner follow the Scratch style so that it will actually look good with the Forums background. Right now it looks really out of place. It's good to play around with gainsboro (the Forums background color) to achieve that nice effect.
My banner was designed so that it looks like it's imprinted in the background.
Well, I'm not going to force you to do anything, so that was just a tip. xD Oh and I just want to let you know that I have an infinite amount of awesome tips, just in case you are interested in making a banner worthy of the Übermenschen. ^^

well I prefer to keep my own style, I rather think scratch style is too childish for 15 year old guy who's already seen his brother on drunk and stealing beer (for a party) and I haven't seen it yet though he's been high and believes pot will solve a lot of problems on the planet because it makes you chill...

If the Scratch design is childish it's appropriate for everyone.
Do you want the scratch mascot to be a lightly dressed woman? That would only be appropriate for the users over 18.
And I don't think it's very mature to steal beer.

I don't think the Scratch style is childish. I think it's just...well, neutral, while your style is more like "cool" and "HARDCORE!!!". xD
