Rosewing hissed at Shadowstar and repeated Owlstar's demand. "Leave SunClan now," She snarled. Tallscar licked the fur out of his claws and shook his head, trying to clear the fog from his mind. He walked over to what he believed to be the warrior's den, and curled up into a ball.

Owlstar let out a desperate cry as Shadowstar's fangs cut through his neck skin. He jerked his head in an attempt to free himself from his enemy's grip. The fangs ripped through his skin, and Owlstar rolled on the ground, blood from his wounds spluttering everywhere.

Rosewing gasped. "NO!" She cried, dashing over to her mate. She tried to drag him away from Shadowstar, but he was too heavy. She looked back desperatly. "Tallscar, help me!" She begged. Tallscar flicked his ear, hearing her screams. They triggered memories...But they were not for Owlstar. Images flashed through his head.
*"Father!" Rosewing cried, examining her father's broken body. Tallstar loomed over Noblestep, blood smeared on his lips and chin. He was grinning. "Traitor." He hissed quietly at Rosewing, and at Noblestep's dead body.*
Tallscar jerked awake, other memories coming to him. He narrowed his eyes. He remembered everything.

Tallscar padded over to Rosewing. She still believed he was an oblivious idiot. "Help me carry him," She begged. Tallscar leaned in and picked Owlstar up by the scruff. He longed to clamp his jaws around the leader's neck and end his life, but he wouldn't. Not here. Not now. Not yet. He carried him into the leader's den.
