do you think that would be a good idea?
private messages that only you, the person your writing, and scratch moderators can see.

example:

food-dude said privately 5 minutes ago:
do you think that it's a good idea for there to be private messages?

This has already been suggested about 100 times, and the Scratch Team has said no about 100 times.
