3D enviroment?

Is there any way to make a 3D enviroment with Scratch? Maybe like Doom1 or something. Just 2D made to look 3D. I'm asking this because I want to make a first person shooter and I need a 3D enviroment. If anybody has any advice, post it here.

Re: 3D enviroment?

You can't do anything as smooth as Doom, but these projects draw 3D levels a single room at a time: http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/toontownmiser/22377 http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/Mayhem/23570

Re: 3D enviroment?

Take a cube as an example. Then try drawing rectangles. then you might get the point.

Re: 3D enviroment?

I know that you need shadows and stuff, but how wou;d you programm it. The only 3D first person games on Scratch I've seen are block by block. I was looking for a more smoother way. But thanks guys! Those projects were cool.
