Can Someone get me the Johnny Test theme song Season Three?

It is probably not appropriate for kids to be asking others to steal copyrighted works for them.  There is a big difference between copying works for which you have permission to copy (like scratch programs) and copying things whose owners have not extended copy permission.

The format (MP3) of a song does not change its copyright status.  If you know of a copyright -free version of the song, feel free to use it.  If you make your own copy, claiming fair-use exception to the copyright law, we will not dispute your claim (even if it is dubious).  Asking someone else to make a copy for you clearly falls outside the fair-use exceptions.
