Instead of having all the stuff on the frot page, why not...

Instead of having the top loved, top remixed, projects selected by the curtator, ect. on the front page, why not do somthing else with the front page, put all the stuff I just listed on a seperate page? It would make room for things like Surprise proejcts, top favorited, and maybe a new tab that just has three randomly picked projects uploaded the day before on it? Because we really are running out of space on the front page. Also, if what I've been hearing is true, we're running out of space on the scratch server; but there isn't anything we can do about that.

Re: Instead of having all the stuff on the frot page, why not...

Hmm... I disagree...

Although sometimes the remixed gets a lot of "Create a thing and pass it on" some of them are good projects that deserve recognition  smile

Top Favorited probably wouldnt work as not many people use that feature compared to the top loved.

And the surprise projects used to do exactly the same as what you just said, It chose random projects around every 10 minutes (I think) but I agree that was a nice feature when it was on.

And besides, if Scratch just re-did the homepage in one go it would probably cause problems for days. That's why it slowly changes over time  smile

Also, im pretty sure the Scratch team would be working on something if the server was low on space, or they would have probably notified us  smile
