Well, if it's on a graph just draw a vertical line and if it crosses the line or parabola twice it's not a function
If there are 2 x values for a y value its not a function

Its a really simple test.
Hold your pencil vertically. ( That means straight up and down, on the sheet of paper.
Then. Slide it across the grpah. Slowly.
If it touches the graph twice (2 times), then it is not a function. Okay.
