Can't see entire screen

I just downloaded Scratch and I'm unable to see the right part of the screen, even if play with maximizing and minimizing the screen. There is not a scroll bar. How can I make the entire page appear?

Be sure to set your screen resolution to 1024 x 768 minimum, because less will not work.
