Know what, Naruto Sprite Sheet, one costume is hard to get it Ripped and there are 100 or more costume that are ripped out in Just one Project how long do you guys take to rip 1 out?

Please tell me the fastest way of ripping the Sprites sheets, now i am using Mspaint program thingy to rip the costumes out by copping and paste one at a time and one at a time it is Very annoying! So please tell me the fasteast way to rip the costume out of the sprite sheet
