Little orange boxes don't look that great.
I think scratch should have a way for you to redraw the little orange boxes with the variables and the word bubbles and stuff and things. I bet even if they don't there's some complex script that could that can so don't bother posting if that's all you're going to say.

Somebody already did.
I sort of agree, but it isn't a necessity. With a lot of work, you can already get those numbers to change by making a couple sprites, each one being a digit.
