Use the signatur for advertising!
My project has had 8 views for a couple of days until today when I edited my forum signature to "advertise" it, and in just a few hours I had 18 views.
The forum signature is a very good place to tell people about your projects!

I prefer putting quotes in your signature. But I've considered advertising my Star Wars Sprite Collection. I will... once I've gotten the next update in.

Yeah, quotes are neat 
But when I upload a new project I think the sugnature is a great way to tell people about it.
