How to get system time in Scratch?

How to get system time in Scratch? I want to make an analog clock which shows the time according to system time.

Right now...

Use the ASK block to get the time from the user.

Yep, that's an idea... But I want a clock with working minutes and seconds...  I wrote the issue in my Scratch wishlist http://scratch.mit.edu/forums/viewtopic.php?id=21686 posting but some user said it can already be done in Scratch.

For the time being, you can't. Possibly in the next version of Scratch - I think there's a couple Suggestion threads about it.
