Sometimes the project takes several minutes, or even hours, to update.
I know what you're thinking! "Neptune! Get rid of those filthy advertisements and give us back the Zarathustra siggy, you horrible person!" Well, don't worry about it, the Zara siggy will be back soon, new and improved! ^^ Meanwhile, just do what the sig tells you to. >.>Offline

The new version gets uploaded immediately. What probably is happening is that the project gets cached by the Java Virtual Machine. One way of deleting the file from the cache is to open the Java Control Panel (right click on the Java system tray icon in Windows), go to Temporary Internet Files > Settings > Delete Files.
Maybe in some browsers clicking the refresh button while pressing the Shift key would also refresh the Java cache.
