question about dragon eggs

How do I know when it will become a dragon? or how many views do i need. I dont really get what the buzz is with these eggs, so i decided to try it out. so far not that fun. i was just wondering...

I would help, but it is against the rules on Dragon Cave to help a user without the users permission.
