Nope. Newest, but not top loved.
Its hard to get there considering no one even cares about the projects that arent made by famous people anymore. They just look through the front page for paddle2see and cheddargirl and stuff.

I think I have been on the frontpage 30 or 40 times. I usually get top viewed first then top loved.

Maki-Tak definitely isn't. Maki-Tak is actually a very recent member to be most famous. P2S is probably what Cheesemunchy was thinking. Nikkiperson2 is still famous, but I wouldn't say most famous on scratch.
