how do u make a platform game?
i love platform games i do but some platforms i dont like so if i make my own it will be perfect but i dont even know how to make a shooting game!

Taking from Whiz's mandatory, I suggest you start with a simple non-scrolling "get to the door" type platformer.
There are some tutorials out there if you want to program velocity, which I suggest you do.
