I really don't care who quits, just as long as the scratch website doesn't get taken off

Re: Scratch: becoming an obsession?

I mean, it's kind of sad when a great programmer like archmage quits. (he's quitting, gasp!) because we won't get anymore of his great projects. And you can learn a lot from a good programmer. So in that sense...

As for internet speak, I try to spell everything right and only use lol. I don't really mind internet speak.

As for recent spelling errors, my "Y" key occasionally doesn't work.

Other than that.... no, i'm done. I have nothing else  smile

some people say they cry in real life when their best VFF (virtual friend forever) leaves scratch. I am concerned that scratch is becoming to much drama and less fun.  I am not sayng leave scratch, im just saying make us of life! dont waste it on a website! most peole on scratch dont even know eachother, yet they are supposedly 'best friends' or worse 'married'.

Yeah, it's out of control. The frog guy who said he'd quit takes Scratch (and his RPG) waaaaaay too seriously.

I see Scratch as, well, a website. I've never felt strong emotions about it (except in debate threads).

I'm beginning to get infamous and I did that since it was a stunt to make a new version of the nostalgic Hamster RPG.

Woo, even better minecraft clone! | I feel that programming is better than animation, because you can interact with games but not animations.

And me. And what's so nostalgic like Hamster RPG? Well, it'd be nice if we got a break from anthros, but theres no nostalgia coming here.

Re: Scratch: becoming an obsession?

There is a difference. I am addicted to Scratch meaning I like it and use it a lot. Obsessed means you're a crazy no-life computer geek who hasn't seen sunlight in years.

Yeah. That's obsessed. When you use it a lot and really like it and it's pretty much what you do a lot, you're addicted. Being addicted is fine. But if you're obsessed, go outside, play, and get meat on those skinny arms of yours.
