Good Scrolling Engine?
Does anyone know a project with a GRRRR-EAT(lol) scrolling script?
I'd like it to already have some backgrounds, so all I have to do is change the pics. I also hope it can scroll on X and Y axis(up and down). Also, i'd like it to have a delay, so it doesn't start sliding until slightly after you start moving and it doesn't stop until slightly after you stop.

If anyone could edit ArchMage's 3D Rotation project, and add more backgrounds, that would be great too!
-and if theres one that the background follows the character instead of just moving the background would be nice

ArchMage Is great at scrolling. he also has tutorils somewhere in the forums and also on a wordpress blog.
