How did this happen?

Just a little while ago I tried to go to a project, I click it and a blank screen came up and there was text in the top right corner that said "OMG. Scratch could not conect to memcached please try again later" and I tried refreshing the page and it happened two more times until it stoped.Is it suppose to do that, or How did that happen???

To show that it actually said OMG......if it was a real error it would say something like this:

"Error 404: Page not found. Please contact the Scratch Team." or something like that.

Personally I am a bit reluctant to believe that it said OMG...
If you can't provide a screen shot, could you please describe exactly what you saw?
This would help us figure it out greatly.
