Can i trust this?
Okay,I'm gonna make this short and sweet, I'm pretty sure you need to download scratch to create a game, right? Well, when I try to download it, a popup appears saying, 'An unidentified program is trying to access your computer' what will i do?

Just continue the download. Scratch is a safe website.
