I play Neopets (SO SUE ME) and people on there give first names all the time, and Neopets has a reputation of being worried about other personal info being given out including pictures, which Scratch is perfectly fine with, so it probably is fine.

You were lucky. Cheddargirl has no sense of humor whatsoever. I asked her to tell MyRedNeptune that he was off his rocker, and she wouldn't do it!

But if I post a picture of my grand kids: "Hey look it's one of the kids that I saw in a picture this really awesome guy named Parrots posted. I think I'll kidnap one since I'm so jealous of him." And the next day one of the anklebiters is gone.
