Yeah, Its annoying when users spam ur projects, so I think being able to block them from commenting ur projects is a GREAT idea.

Yeah, some users do like to annoy others, so this=AWESOME.

For some scenarios, this would be a good idea. But it would kind of be excluding other people and users could use this feature irresponsibly. So flagging and contacting the Scratch team with problems is probably a better way.
