Friends Online?
Is there any way that you could set up a system where people can see if their friends are online? maybe there could be a green/red light to show if they are online. I usually talk to friends on scratch with a long interval between each comment. Also it would be useful to see which friends are online. Maybe there could be live chatrooms?
I dream of a better tomorrow... where chickens can cross roads and not have their motives questioned

Well the green and red light thing may be nice to have. But for the chat rooms, Scratch isn't about really talking, but about learning and sharing projects so instead why not go to a website more for chatting, instead of having a chat in Scratch?

it can be hard to follow by just posting comments but chatrooms arent a good idea for scratch it doesnt really fit. but i like the suggestion of showing if your friend is online.

I'm not allowed on chatrooms and I love Scratch so it would be a BIG waste seeing as so many young people are on Scratch who are too young to participate in such pastimes, although red and green lights would be very useful
