I'd stop the hammer and destroy the person trying to kill me before they have a chance to blink.

Eating a sandwich that secretly has a rat inside and when you take your first bite, the rat sticks it's head into your mouth and clamps onto your tongue as hard as it can with it's razor sharp rabid, worm infested fangs.

Death shouldn't be an auto 10. What kind of logic is that? If you die from getting a bullet to the head, you'd die painlessly.
