It looks like people are talking about 2 problems: errors (bugs) when saving / confused with saving .
About the bug listed above, i have never seen the message Key not found. It looks like the program was quitted before it was finished saving the project.
Confused with saving: yes, I am too. Some programs ask "Do you want to quit?" and others "Do you want to save before quitting?" - so if you click yes because you want to save before quitting, but the first message was popped up (like in scratch) your changes are lost. The best hint is to remember saving, and always wait until the save button is back light gray. You can also check if the program is responsible again (by dragging a block).

Cool u used my username in that sentence! I think there should be something that says "Save changes to project?" when you quit. Sometimes I forget to save.

Yes, Key not Found appears when Scratch closes before the project finished saving... I am careful now and I don't get the message anymore.
But I still think there should be a save-project-before-quitting feature.
