Um, I don't see why that's a problem, but if you want to do illiustrations, fine by me 
I'll add you as the illustrator.
Heather has long blond hair, she wears a white blouse and a black skirt, her eyes are a deep blue.
Vexen has a dark green turtleneck, her has dark blue jeans and with rips at the knees from th landing, his hair a black and slightly spiky.
Mayor James, draw him however you think the mayor of a town would look.
Um, that's about it.

I need to start work on the story, so maybe later in chapter 2, Vexen ends p stuck in human school XD Bloodseekers will appear then too. I used http://www.manga-portrait.appspot.com/index.php to make Vexen in the school uniform XD
