Printing / Documenting Scratch

i am working on a rather long ( read; muddled ) Scratch program,
And i thought it might be nice to print everything out, so i could spread it out on the kitchen floor and look at all the pieces and tape them together into a coherent structure...!
And i discovered that this was a lot more difficult than i would have imagined...!
In fact; i gave up trying to do it.

There should be an easy way to print out a listing of all the Sprites/Programs,
Maybe in a Text Form,
And Reversing this process;
Write Programs in this Text Form, and then Import them to Scratch,
Where they would be converted into Bricks.

Check out illusionist's topic, Text Based Scratch.

I think that's what you are talking about, right?
