Well it seems that everyone has lost interest in it also. Well how about I just cancel this olympics this year and just have it in the winter. or just cancel it period.

Do what you think is best. I actually do not like scratch competitions that much, especially "best art/game/animation/"etc. because I don't think it will work out and some people will question the results.
