its spiecal because he found some bombs and used the radiotion fused with discharges of electricity he can do that again if he fuses it with the lazer power when he learns it he regular lightning for now.

camo goes to the east cliff because of the wind to see if he can learn the wind element he caught there by shifting into yellow he turned into lightning and zapped to the atmosphere he rezapped at the east cliff behind wisp.
