Why can't I change my time-zone and e-mail?

Why can't I change them? Every time I try to change my timezone/email, it goes back to default timezone -05 and email rather-not-say@scratchr.org.

Converting my Scratch projects to Python!

This never happened to me, even though my timezone is wrong when I look around Scratch Forums I don't need to change it because my clock on my PC is very accurate  smile

Help me decide whether or not I need a test account!

You can change your e-mail through the link on your Scratch page, but the timezone can't be changed.
