Projects that aren't done
I have three projects I've started, but haven't been able to finish because of time. I don't know if I should just post them as they are, or what. Anyone have any suggestions?

You can post them as they are now and mention in the project notes that they are work in progress. You can replace the project with a newer one without having to delete it or create a second project. A lot of people don't know that if they upload a project with the same name of a project they had uploaded before, the new version will replace the old one.
