Linux is free, open source, good for development, and I think it's easier to use. Yeah, but I can try using WiNE...

Anyways,we never got this detailed with vb in our class. Didn't help that this was the teachers first time looking at any of the material either. Good job.

It should work, I have IE8 and it still works for me.
It just runs on the IE7 engine if you have IE8.

Interface Builder - Build an App's GUI (includes browser kit)

Xcode - Program your apps

PackageMaker - Put an installer in your app.
