She is apoligising for ripping off others projects. She probably didn't know that copying others things is bad.

If someone uploads a project that you made first I'd instead post a comment saying:

"Hey, it seems like you liked my project so much that you downloaded it and share it again. Thanks! If you want to learn how to make your own projects check my code, learn from it and make changes it to. Scratch on!"

Are you having trouble running the games on the web?  It may be that you don't have Java installed in your browser.  The web games run in a Java environment and it has to be set up in some browsers.  If that isn't the problem, give us some more details and we'll see if we can come up with a solution.

minnvikings26, there is not such standard programming rule, or at least I never heard of it.

In any case, on this website, the default license on which you share a project allows other people to copy your project as long as:

a) There is credit given to the original creator. This is done automatically in most cases.
b) The new project is shared in the same way. Giving free access to the source code and with the same license.

Currently there is not a way for users to select any other type of license for their work. I doubt we will ever have a very restrictive license, but if people are always free to keep their projects to themselves or to share them on a their own website with their own rules.

There is no such thing as a "75% percentage" rule on this site.
