How to report a member who makes insulting comments?

I have recently encountered several comments by a member called 'Insulter'  and another called Razor_Blade - all are negative and some are abusive. No projects have yet been posted by these members. Is there a procedure for reporting this sort of behaviour? To see an example of what I mean look here:

Re: How to report a member who makes insulting comments?

Hi mohlar,

Thanks for this report.  We have removed that comment.

In the future, you can click the "Flag as inappropriate" on the project with inappropriate comments, and then the Scratch team will be sent an email message pointing to that project.  Then, we investigate further and decide whether the comment or project should be removed.

We are looking into a better way to have the community help censor the Scratch website.

Again, we really appreciate your report.

Thanks Tammy. I wasn't sure about the 'inappropriate' button in case it meant that you were flagging only the project as unsuitable. It's helpful to know that this can also cover comments.

Hi again mohlar,

We are working on ways to mark particular comments as inappropriate as well projects themselves.  It should be up and running soon.

Thanks for your suggestion!
