I want to make sure it is not just me seeing these things, but everytime a key word pops up somewhere on the Scratch website, it is shown in green with two underlines under it. These links lead to ads. If this is the Scratch teams doing, please take these off! I have seen these on several other websites, and they can be really irratating! If you are looking for an example, you will find two in my Moon Raid 5.1 project in the comments.

what webbrowser do you have? For this never happens to me on Internet Explorer 7

Internet explorer seven! Though 8 just came out . . . Have you checked my project for them?
(Just use the link in my signature.)

unless its something on your computer, its not scratch, then i have no idea! scratch doesn't have adds. and i would know, because i have an add blocker, and it tells me about them with a little bar that shows up at the top of the screen.

Darn, I don't know what has happened. I don't think it is a virus, because I have the latest versino of Norton and it hasn't detected anything. Just so you know, virus is underlined too! AHHHHHH!

Didn't see any green underlines. Maybe it's not a virus, but some kind of spyware.
What you're describing sounds like what is known as an Intellitext ad link. Try adding these to your list of restricted sites in your Internet security options (these sites have a tendency to be notorious for this kind of stuff):
*vibrantmedia.com
*.intellitxt.com
*.infolinks.com
kona.kontera.com
(add the * symbol where it appears in the list)
Does this help?

Sounds like the Accelerators in IE8. Maybe you installed an add-on similar to that?

I was thinking the same things, an add-on, or the like.

Thanks for the help! I figured out the software that was causing it, but I'll block these sites anyway. Sorry for the false alarm, somehow a program called playsushi got downloaded on my computer. It was kind of scary how it could control my internet viewings even though it is just a simple program. I'll have to be more careful in the future . . .

Glad this is all cleared up. Btw, why was this in All About Scratch? Shouldn't it be in Troubleshooting?

yeah... but its in troubleshooting now, someone must have moved it.

that's strange, I thought it would say "Moved:" before it's name... Whatever.
