Scratch in HD? How bout' it?

I found out my computer supporuts HD, and alot of people will also have HD computers. So why not have scratch in HD?
Please consider and share your thoughts!

Eh, I don't really car about HD. I have HD on my TV and i Purposley don't watch it. The only HD i like is on Youtube XD

That is just silly. You only use HD for video games and movies.

Can some people think about what actually makes sense?

As archmage said, you will only need HD for video games and movies. That rules out most Scratch projects. The only ones left are the projects that are animations and art. The video games wouldn't matter much.

uhm if you want scratch in HD you'd most likely be able to run a whopping 1 sprite since HD is very graphically intensive on any computer

Do you mean, like changing the stage size from 480x360, to other resolutions, such as 640x480 or even 800x600?

IMO, that's not necessarynow but would make a good adition in the future.

archmage is right, HD is only for vid-games and movies... Look at this, I don't think it can get any more HD than that...
