Where have your comments been?
When I commented on a user's first project (I'm not giving names), I told him that when I first saw the project, I pronounced his name incorrectly, and I asked him to switch his picture back to the fox that he had at the time, and he deleted both the next day. Please reply if this has happened to you (regardless of the user).
If it's worth doing, it's worth overdoing.

I've certainly had people delete projects after I've left a comment, if that is what you are asking. Maybe they decided to work on it some more - who knows?
I've also removed my own projects after somebody has commented. If they pointed out a nasty bug that I had missed, I might be inclined to pull the project off the site until I had time to fix the problem. Or, maybe I just got tired of looking at the project.

They Just don't want your comment. You can delete peoples comments.
