Can somebody tell me what a Weegee and/or a Tails Doll is? And why they are considered scary in the first place?

Weegee is Luigi from the Mario series, but he is drawn more creepier and cartoon-y. If you stare into his eyes, well, he has a creepy look in his eyes.

Tails Doll is a playable character on Sonic R, but a rumor says that if you play that game at 11:00 AM, on the Tag Mode, playing as Tails Doll, he will... do... ugh scary things.

I preferably like weegee over the Tails Doll, mostly because he's just kind of...

yeah.
Another reason is because Samid11 seems to think she owns the Tails Doll, which just kind of gets me irritated and also makes me want nothing to do with the Tails Doll.
