Edit account?
I have a question - can you edit your account, say, your e-mail address?
I want to subscribe to the Crank inc. gallery so I can get an e-mail when somebody has posted a comment. But I have several e-mail addresses. The one I get all the Scratch news in is my Yandex mailbox. Now I want the e-mails to be sent to my Google e-mail account. The reason I want to change it is because each time I get a new e-mail on my Google account, I get a note about it. That way I can know when if a chat is going on in Crank inc. without checking the site constantly. Yandex doesn't have such a feature.
So, is there any way to change it?

There is an e-mail field you can change from the Forum - go to the Profile tab near the top of the page and from there to Essentials. Does that do what you want?

That button has nothing to do with your e-mail. That button allows you to send an e-mail to the user who's profile you are viewing. In the field you can write your own e-mail address if you want a reply.

We can change your email address on the website database. However, this is only useful for the forums. You cannot get emails about Crank Inc comments for two reasons 1) I believe we are not allowed to send emails to minors without parental approval, 2) We have not yet implemented a way of sending emails from events on the website other than forum posts.
At some point we might implement that for the adults that have an account on the site and we might find out more info about what to do with minors.

What a pity! *sigh*
I would still like my e-mail to be changed, at least I would get notes about Scratch news.
I really like the RSS feed idea, it'll be good to have it, at least for adults.

maybe the same ad a minor on an airplane. i think like 15 or 16... or it could be 18 or 21 because in the US 18 is the age you have to be to be allowed to vote, or thats when you are officially an adult or something, and 21 is when u are allowed to drink.

Imo, all ages up to 14 are considered "minors".

OK, contact us with the email you had and the new email you want and we'll change it.
You can use the RSS feeds, you don't need to be an adult, they do not rely on e-mail. RSS is a format that your browser reads and updates a list of bookmarks automatically.
