how do you change your picture when ever i try to the screen goes white and it wont let me refresh when i go back and forword its still the weird person smily thing

I believe we have a web bug. It has been reported to the Scratch Team. Please uses this thread for any new information.

Hi. I've made an animation, but it WON'T UPLOAD! It's saved as a GIF file, I made it in GIMP, and I don't know what to do. 
So, is it ALL animated files? Because I've seen accounts with animated files. Also, I can't even upload a picture. I've tried it as a BMP file, a PNG file, and a JPEG file. The shift refresh thing doesn't do anything either. Help? Please?
