Scratch

Wanted: Good Spriter, Animator, and Level Designer who makes good-looking sprites and if he/she can do design by themselves, that would be good, but not needed.

I know I'm a good Scripter, and I have also a father who is skilled in computer programming. I have great ideas and stories in my head, but how do I make them become Scratch projects if I can't make any sprites?
Please, I really need a partner.
