does anyone know where i can get a list of scratch members' usernames?

I don't think you can... Anyway, it would have more than 300,000 names...

There are 510,852 projects with a total of 12,741,397 scripts and 3,987,388 sprites created by 76,531 contributors of our 337,440 registered members. That's a lot of Scratch-ing!
